The inaugural Inter-Val NV is made up of the Vieilles Vignes 2020 cuvée aged two years in barrel, and the Prieur des Noues plot from 2021 aged one year. Despite the historic sweet wine appellation, the dry wines must be labeled as Vin de France due to archaic French wine laws.
