At Granite, we aim to provide the best wine experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund/return policy below.

Return Timeframe:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days after reception.
Return Conditions:
- Wine bottles must be at least two-thirds full and undamaged.
- Wine accessories must be repacked.
Refund Methods:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Proof of Purchase:
- Only the name of the person who placed the order is required for returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- All items are eligible for return.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are possible upon request if the product is proved defective.
Damaged/Defective Products:
- Clients must return the damaged or defective product to us.
International Returns:
- We accept international returns under the same conditions.
