Granite Refund/Return Policy

At Granite, we aim to provide the best wine experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund/return policy below.

Eligible Products:

  • Wine bottles
  • Wine accessories

Return Timeframe:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days after reception.

Return Conditions:

  • Wine bottles must be at least two-thirds full and undamaged.
  • Wine accessories must be repacked.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Proof of Purchase:

  • Only the name of the person who placed the order is required for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All items are eligible for return.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are possible upon request if the product is proved defective.

Damaged/Defective Products:

  • Clients must return the damaged or defective product to us.

International Returns:

  • We accept international returns under the same conditions.
